Below are the Terms and Conditions of Product Purchase.

To purchase: To make a purchase, simply click onto the "add to cart" icon on your desired item.  Then confirm the quantity you require.  If you want to continune shopping, click onto the "continue shopping" tab and you will be re-directed to the product page.  When you are ready to check out, go into your basket and check your items, then click onto the "pay now" tab.  Then follow the instructions online.

Confirming your order: Please note that you will receive an email from PayPal acknowledging receipt of your order and payment made from your account.  This email does not mean that the order has been accepted, as all orders are subject to acceptance by Walk the Dog.  We will send you a confirmation email that your order has been acknowledged, payment received and confirmation that your order will be dispatched.  Your order will only be accepted once you have received your confirmation email.

Availability: If we are out of stock on any items you have ordered we will notify you and either suggest an alternative or issue you with a refund.

Delivery: Orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

Returns: We guarentee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  Customers are responsible for payment of postage for returned orders.
